Darcy's hair recovery success is one of the most exciting feedback stories we've ever gotten at The Healthy Diet Paradise. Darcy generously donated her photos and her story to inspire our readers how to be successful. Darcy donated this story quite a while ago, but due to technical difficulties, I was unable to upload them until now.
Listed below are back and forth letters between myself and Darcy. She makes my heart skip a beat with her excitement and joy at her results. This is the type of attitude it takes to be successful. I hope you love her story about how to regrow hair as much as I do.
Hello Sheree!
It’s been three months since our last consultation and I just wanted to tell you that your advice has led me to an almost full recovery of my hair. It is absolutely unbelievable. Every day when I comb my hair I’m seeing new hairs growing in places that I didn’t even expect to see new hair, which only shows me that apparently it was thinner than I even thought.
The visible problem area I mentioned is about 90% recovered after only about three months on your recommended regimen and continuing to improve. I am completely amazed, considering how much money I spent on stupid “cures” that didn’t even work and how little you charged me to help me finally fix the problem. My confidence is back, and I no longer feel the need to hide in certain lighting or behind hats.
I really can’t thank you enough for all of your help. I know these are very difficult times right now, and I hope you and your family are staying safe and healthy.

Congratulations! I was so excited to read your message! I'm so excited that you've recovered your hair! You totally made my day. And your recovery was super quick. Three months is really fast! I would love to see your before and after pictures and post them on the website. We haven't had an update in quite a while. Thank you SO so much! It’s continuing to improve as well which is even more amazing. My before photos are not the best, because I was so ashamed and depressed but I did find some photos of it at its worst.
I can't thank you enough for helping me recover so much and so quickly. Also a side note, forgot to mention, but I’m finally off of all of my prescription thyroid medicine now too. So your regimen truly helped me to heal from the inside out. It was definitely your e-book on thyroid-related hair loss along with the consultation I had with you I think that really gave me the results I was looking for for years.

Darcy, that's just wonderful to hear! I'm so excited and happy for you.The thyroid is a stumbling block for so many people, and seeing you master the nutritional concepts is just awesome! The concept of being off the meds is just incredible. You're showing everybody that nutrition can be so powerful. You're still really young, and you're not going to have any problems moving forward because you've learned the fundamental causes of thyroid disease.
