Soy Sauce
by: Sheree

Hi,

Soy sauce has trace amounts of wheat and soy, and both could trigger an issue in sensitive people.

However, if you've never been diagnosed with a gut disorder or gluten sensitivity, then using a couple of tablespoons per week is not going to give you any trouble.

So use it sparingly, and space it by a few days.

Love,

Sheree

Alternative to soy sauce
by: Anonymous

A healthy alternative to soy sauce would be coconut aminos. You can then avoid the wheat and potentially GMO soy used in soy sauce.

Coconut aminos contain 17 naturally occurring amino acids, have almost a perfectly level pH balance, yield a low glycemic index of only 35 and are said to be a high source of broad-spectrum B vitamins, including inositol.

Also, it contains about 300 percent less sodium than the leading regular soy sauce available!

Thyroid Problems
by: Sheree

Hello Jack,

You can definitely follow the hair loss diet, and you're going to need to make a few other modifications in your diet.

Thyroid issues are a really big deal, and when you're healing your thyroid naturally, it can take anywhere from six months to a year.

For the longest time I couldn't figure out why some of our visitors would not respond to the hair loss diet. I finally figured out what it was. It was a locked thyroid. Problem solved. But it only took about eight years to understand it from a dietary perspective.

We have a 100% natural healing method for dealing with thyroid problems, and it's extremely effective.

For your protection, you should be visiting a natropath and follow a very specific treatment plan. Make sure that the natropath specializes in thyroid problems.

Make absolutely certain that you avoid wheat and soy. These two foods are the number one contributor to thyroid disease. Make sure you're drinking reverse osmosis water. The fluoride that our cities are dumping into the water supply is making us extremely sick, and can severely affect your thyroid.

We have an ebook that goes a lot deeper into how to reverse thyroid problems. Here's the link below.

Good luck, Jack!

Green Tea & Fluoride
by: Sheree

Hi Dimiti,

The small amount of naturally occuring fluoride in green tea will not cause any problems for you at all. Green tea is superb for your hair and you can have it every day without any issues.

Love,

Sheree
