I'm late
by: Cardaro

My apologies for the MIA. Finals are coming and the professors give us so many projects to do lol. Thanks for the reply and no problem. Earliest stage? I guess there are people with worse cases but I'm still keeping it optimistic on this journey of regrowth. Still seeing the baby hairs there but i have another question. I started a 3 full body detox
that includes 7 different herbal formulas. If you'd like to know the names of what's inside then let me know. My question is will it affect this hair reboot process?

Detox & Hair Loss
by: Sheree

Hi, Cardaro,

My only question is what is in the herbal detox? My gut feeling is that you will be just fine, but it would help to know exactly what the detox contains. I'm thinking you should be fine as long as there are no hormone altering compounds.

Sincerely,

Sheree

Got Receding Hairline?

by Cardaro
(Brooklyn)

LOL, I know I do but hey it's funny to laugh at our temporary imperfections right? Anyway, thank you and the team for helping us out in resetting our hair fall out.

I'm currently 25 and my hairline has been getting light (LOL) since the month I was turning 18. Technically, at 17 a tragic thing had happened, but I guess it was genetics that got activated early for me. Not sure if it was the excessive use of using Murray's pomade or the sadness of a broken heart from a certain someone.

All I know is when that do-rag came off, so did parts of my hairline. SMH, I got health conscious in August and changed my diet to Vegetarian. After researching about male pattern baldness, I realized why it happens and how it can be reversed so I became vegan in September and started taking herbal supplements such as MSM Sulphur, Hair, Skin and Nails formula, zinc phosphate, bio protein, bi ception, Male hormonal formula and many more.

If you'd like to know the rest and what kind of herbs are in the unfamiliar ones then please do ask. I came across your youtube channel last month and been trying out the recommendation of the low glycemic. diet. The Vegan part though lol.

Diet usually consist romaine lettuce with cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, onions, bell peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, and spinach for either lunch or dinner. Sea salt and olive oil mixed in it.

Snacks consist of jumbo cashews with sea salt that's organic somehow lol. Sometimes pumpkin seeds sprouted as well. For lunch and dinner, I eat brown rice seasoned with sea salt, black pepper, garlic, and cayenne pepper. Breakfast usually consists of fruit which could be oranges, kiwis, or strawberries.

I've been practicing intermittent fasting and my eating window is between 12pm-6pm. I work out Monday through Thursday. Since September, 26 pounds have been lost. Is that going to affect the hair regrowth?

After 4 weeks of your advice, I believe I see a very minor improvement on the right side of the hair fall out. My question is what kind of signs will I be seeing to see some change besides the obvious growth? Like will the baby hair fall out and grow like how it used to? Will there be a possible Vegan menu for this diet? I also try to eat veggies in its raw form.

The days I make cole slaw, I make sauteed veggies with the cabbage. Is that cool too? Thank you for the time in reading and replying to this. Happy holidays!!!!

Noticing Fine Hair Regrowth!
by: Sheree

Hi Cardaro!

You said you're starting to get hair regrowth on one side. It's very true that one side can recede or grow back faster than the other. So I thought that it was very interesting that you noticed that.

As your hair continues to grow back, you will notice fine hairs in the sections where the hair fell out. Although this is true for most people, some people actually have thicker, denser hair growing back. So it's very individual.

Everything you're doing sounds really good. The only thing is you have to be really careful with getting plenty of protein. Give it between two and three more months, and you're going to notice major improvement.

If you could post pictures of your progress, and let us know how you are, we'd love to see you.

I know you'll do great!

Warm Wishes,

Sheree

Thanks for the reply
by: Cardaro

Good Evening light worker in this matrix :),

Thanks for your reply. Hmmm, where to start? Well hey, that's interesting to know that one side would return faster than the other. I'm sure most of us check the hair fall out parts of our hair closely, so noticing a difference made me a bit happy.

For those people actually going through hair loss, I'd like to let ya'll know to just accept it for what it is and it's a lesson from the creator to overcome it and be thankful for nature to heal us :)

As far as the breakfast goes, instead of oats or nuts can i substitute it with pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds? Hmm, plenty of protein? Is it okay if the protein only comes from plant-based sources?

As for as pictures go, I can take a few and post up so ya'll can see the correct situation. Have a good one!

Submissions!
by: Sheree

Hi, Cardaro,

I just wanted to let you know that on your
Baby Hair Blooming submission, I had to re-submit it under my I.P address. I did this to sit the pictures up straight. So if you linked to that, you will not get a message.

So in order to view your comments, you would have to go in to that submission manually.

Thanks!

I'm back
by: Cardaro

Oh, no problem. My apologies for the tardy response. College is kicking my butt like bruce lee lol. I have a question but I forgot what it was so when I remember, then I'll ask you. Hope you're well as well as everyone else! By the way, how's the progress with the other people under the diet?

Hi Cardaro!
by: Sheree

Hi, Cardaro, great to have you back!
No problem at all. I know you're super busy with school.

The other people on the diet are doing great. Their progress is sure and steady. It's such a steep learning curve, and every day is a new experience.

I'm glad to hear you're doing great in college. I know your classes are tough, and take up a lot of your time. Please keep in touch!

And good luck!

Question for Sheree or Cadaro
by: Mike

Hey I've been doing a diet where mainly I get up in the morning have a glass of wheatgrass juice for breakfast, a protein shake for lunch and for dinner I eat a lean piece of turkey, fish or chicken with vegetables. I also take vitamins and drink water all day long with the occasional apple or banana for a snack. Also my protein shake is healthy with less than 1 gram of sugar. What do you think about this routine?

hmm
by: Cardaro

Sup Mike, I can only give you my opinion. Have never heard of wheat grass juice. Is it organic? Where does your protein shake come from? I don't eat animal flesh, so Sheree will help you on that. What kind of vitamins and what are they made of? How is your protein shake healthy? If its organic and plant based then I assume its healthy lol. But if it's man made with chemicals or whey then you may have been caught with the okie doke.

Hey Man!
by: Mike

Yes wheatgrass juice is completely raw wheatgrass! Just google it and you will learn all the wonderful benefits that it has to offer your hair and your body on general! My protein shake is the healthiest one that I could find at my local health food store. Meaning it didn't have many chemicals and other things in the ingredients list. The vitamins I take are from Swanson vitamins which I think Sheree recommends.

question for Cardaro
by: Anonymous

I heard that in order to regrow your hair you should stop completely or minimize any sexually activity (once a month) to reduce dht from being sent to the scalp. Is that something you had to do to get results.

cardaro pleases respond!
by: dean

I have a Receeded hairline with tiny hairs on both sides of the receeded temple , i think its from from too much masturbation in my teen years and poor diet .

I'm going to do a Bentonite clay DETOX i heard its great for cleaning out toxins and allowing better absorption of minerals and vitamins do you think the bentonite clay detox will be as good as your detox?

I Will also take :

Instead of Male hormonal formula and jack rabbit formula i Will take(maca root powder )
+
Another form of bio protein because they don't sell bio protein were i live.
+
another form of emerald cells green formula because they don't sell this brand were i live.

+
a healthy veg and fruit diet

did you do the male cleanse from jack rabbit if so do you think my alternative will be as affective?

thanks.

Is Cardaro Still Around?
by: Al

I'm going to start getting on this diet very heavily as I haven't been doing it as hard as I should be.

But my questions are for Cardaro. Is there a way I can e-mail you or contact you about the doses of the supplements you have been taking?

I am ready to order all of these, but I don't want to overdose and cause harm to myself. I know all people are different, but perhaps you can help guide me just a little bit.

Also, what's the importance of the male oils? If you can, please help me via e-mail or another communication. This would be very helpful as I am stuck.

Regards,

Al

I have just received my full body detox and the total man cleanse and the other supplements you mentioned and i want to get started but i don't know if i should eat the same foods on your 7 day diet list or not.

I Want My Baby Hairs Back
by: Cliff

Cardaro, congrats on your hair. I have been dealing with hair loss on my hair line for almost 17 months now and it sucks. Barbers have everything to do with it and that's the really hard part about it. Shape-ups are really not worth it. BUT I wanna start this diet but not sure if it will work or where to start. Like Sheree, I tried everything as to applying on the head, but nothing.

I can see little hairs on my trouble areas but no growth. Very stressing. Please advice anything I just want my baby hairs back.
