If you have a setback, take a deep breath (inhale) and try again. Pretty soon, your brain will give up the addiction. So keep trying, even if it takes 100 times. If you keep struggling to give up sugar, at some point you will succeed.

Most people that eat sugar end up eating it
compulsively. This is why I strongly advise against eating it. Too
much sugar, and your hormone profile gets warped, and hair loss and
weight gain can result.
If you're having a compulsive problem eating sugar, it needs to be removed. This impulse to eat sugar is not going to stop until the sugar is permanently removed and a no sugar diet is fully implemented.
Sugar Withdrawal Symptoms:
Sugar withdrawal symptoms include fatigue, nausea, migraines, mood swings, confusion, anger, panic, increased appetite, inability to feel full, abdominal pain, disorientation, tremors, dizziness, diarrhea, insomnia, constant sugar cravings, and dreaming about sugar.
Once You're Done With the Withdrawals:
After a few days on a no sugar diet, you will experience deep, uninterrupted sleep, increased energy, increased stamina, sharper focus, clear thinking, decreased stress, clear skin, improved mood, overall wellness, improved recovery time during exercise, and weight loss. After two weeks, the sugar cravings will vanish.
After the two week period is over, you will occasionally get shock cravings. For example, your mind will suddenly remember the rush of pleasure you got from eating sugar. When these cravings come, sit calmly and observe them. They will pass.
