Please understand, it's not your fault.  Getting you hooked is a science!  It's set up that way.   Just think.  If you have millions upon millions of addicted customers, you will always have a big, fat paycheck.  This has become our new normal. 


People who do not eat sugar are perceived as strange creatures from another planet.  We will show you a different angle, through education and scientifically based studies.




Sugary Processed Food is Very Tricky...


There are over 600,000 processed foods on the market, and 80% of them have added sugar.  Food engineers use malicious tricks to fool your brain into constantly wanting more.  They actually study how your brain works to force addiction upon you.  It's incredibly unethical.  How you fight back is by not eating it.  I've never seen anyone binge on natural foods.


When you eat natural, whole foods, addiction does not happen.  You will never experience the severe withdrawals that come from eating sugar.  It's time to take your power back.


If you have a setback, take a deep breath (inhale) and try again.  Pretty soon, your brain will give up the addiction.  So keep trying, even if it takes 100 times. If you keep struggling to give up sugar, at some point you will succeed.

The Shock of a No Sugar Diet


Most people that eat sugar end up eating it compulsively.  This is why I strongly advise against eating it.  Too much sugar, and your hormone profile gets warped, and hair loss and weight gain can result. 


If you're having a compulsive problem eating sugar, it needs to be removed.  This impulse to eat sugar is not going to stop until the sugar is permanently removed and a no sugar diet is fully implemented.

Once the addictive phase passes, man-made sugar tastes really strange.  You will begin to smell sugar wherever you go. Sugar is everywhere.


Natural sugar found in fruits are explosively sweet, and will take on a whole new meaning. You can enjoy the incredible array of naturally sweet foods without the bizarre addictive patterns that come from eating man-made sugars.


When I presented the idea of terminating the sugar habit to our participants, they either became very quiet or very angry. These participants knew deep in their hearts that this was sound advice.


Guess what happened? Once they got over their shock and anger, 75 percent of them lost weight very quickly, and they've kept it off permanently.
