Learn How Glycation Causes
Rapid Biological Aging

The clinical term Glycation is  used by experts to describe the mechanism of sugar molecules attaching to proteins, fats and amino acids.

Once the sugar attaches to the protein fibers, the end products cross-link and become inflexible, hardened and stiff.

This process causes damaged proteins within the collagen protein matrix and causes very fast aging.

AGE's have a tremendous aging effect on our bodies, hardening our arteries, causing joints stiffness, and even becoming imbedded into our brains.

This process can also be called the Maillard Reaction. It was first discovered by chemist Louis Camille Maillard in the early 1900s. Complete understanding did not happen until the 1980s when further studies were undertaken.

Advanced Glycation Speeds Up Cell Death

Advanced glycation causes very rapid aging. Once it's in the advanced stages and takes hold in our bodies, cross links form and make proteins in our tissues hard.

AGEs damage the protein and collagen matrix in the skin making us look far older. Sugar ages the human body very quickly.

The Fundamentals of Processed Food

90 percent of processed foods have sugar and refined flour.
When processed, highly refined foods are eaten, they cause a surge in glucose levels and coat proteins in your blood. The protein molecules become dysfunctional.

In order to avoid damage to your skin and organs, avoid sugar at all costs. Sugar eats through bone and it eats through the layers of your skin.

If you are serious about using preventative measures to limit damage to your skin and internal organs, sugar needs to be removed permanently.

Avoid Processed Foods

The reason for not eating processed foods at all is because food manufacturers cram massive amounts of sugar into their pre-packaged foods. They also trick consumers by calling sugar by different names.

The easiest way to avoid premature aging is by avoiding processed foods. This way, you're not spending hours and hours doing searches trying to find out which processed foods are high glycemic or high sugar.

Most processed foods are high glycemic. Once the processed foods are removed from your diet, this damaging process stops and the damaged collagen immediately begins to heal.

By removing sugar, you automatically default to lots of antioxidant foods that stop oxidative stress. Oxidative stress simply means that your body is being attacked by free radicals, and there are no antioxidants to fend them off.

Whole foods
offer tremendous protection, and this protection is built into the foods naturally.

Remember, it's not just sugar, high glycemic carbs like bread, for example, react in the blood the same as sugar and will lead to cell damage.

Very few natural foods cause AGEs. Most processed foods have a ton of sugar added to them and cause glycation. The flour/sugar combination causes a very rapid rise in blood sugar and eventually lead to AGEs. AGE's cause multiple age-related diseases.
