Dramatic Hair Regrowth (POW) !!!
by: Sheree

Austin, you did it! Congratulations. Your hair is drop dead beautiful. Your thick hair reminds me of a day at the beach, riding a surfboard with the wind blowing through your hair.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate these photographs. You look absolutely incredible. I knew in my heart you could do it. And you did it so fast. You easily have 90 to 95 percent hair recovery.

Excellent job!

Visitors please give Austin his props!!!

Love,

Sheree

Hey Austin,

This diet truly is amazing and I'm glad you've been able to make it this far. Now its time to maintain and sustain your hair so it don't fall out. But I'm sure that won't be too hard, as you've got an entire year behind you.

All the best,
Brian

ups and downs
by: Austin

Whats going on everybody! It's been a long time since I've been on here... Sorry! it really is encouraging to see the positivity here! everyone here trying to make a change don't give up!
Lately, I haven't been as strict with my diet as I used to be when I first started, but there are so many things I've learned that now have been incorporated into my regular routines. For example.... EAT YOUR VEGGIES and eat salads! It's important to get some raw vegetables and raw ENZYMES in your meals. If you can learn how to make one good type of salad it can do wonders for you... even in tough stressful times when maybe nothing seems to be going your way, you might just need to make some small decisions that help you remember you have control! For me... managing Stress was the absolute biggest challenge. (changing the diet was hard, but thinking hard about who I was and who I wanted to be WAS DIFFICULT AND STILL IS!) If theres something in your life thats bringing you down... you need to do what you need to do to make yourself feel good. GOOD LUCK and don't give up!

Hair Loss Diet is Working But I'm Feeling Like a Bag of Poo

by Austin
(NY)

Just checking in to let yall know how this diet is going. It started off fantastically. I felt real good, was cooking every day every night, cooking for everybody, everyone's buying me cookbooks. Lost ten pounds my girlfriend was saying like damn your lookin good. And yes, new hairs were starting to pop up/ hair was getting some more volume to it. EVERYTHING WAS GOING WELL.

Then about a week ago, I don't know why, but I fell off the diet... hard. In a weeks time i have made many trips to seven eleven and the ice cream store/ not cooking well. Not sure what triggered it but just have to say if you want to cheat...be careful. It seems that sugar and nasty junk foods addictive effects are even stronger once you've "cleaned out" your body, well to me at least.

I am going away on vacation today to someone's house who has a full vegetable garden they eat from every night. I am planning on getting back on track as this is NO way to treat myself. In a week I've gained ten pounds and I feel like a bag of poo. Will check in again with you guys later. Good luck to all who are trying to change their lifestyle.

And I'd like to add, for all the guys out there who are worrying about the effects of sex on your hair. Please don't worry about it. An increased sex drive is probably the result of your hormones being out of whack from what you eat. Food and controlling stress are the most important

Thank you so much for sharing
by: Joni

Hi Austin,

Thank you so much for sharing. This has happened to me over and over. I make great progress and then I slip up. This diet is a complete lifestyle change and at times it feels like an uphill battle that will just never end. Other times it just feels like a breeze. The problem is that there are so many tempations. I wish the entire world just conform to this diet so I didn't have to go on a hunt for sugarless gluteen free food. lol.

Anyway,I really apprecaite your post because it lets me know, I'm not the only one who struggles.

Hang in there!
Joni
